Homeland Insecurity - Part 2

"Hey, uh, Bill, do us a favor. Wash the government car at home, and use the informant money for gas."
These and other austerity measures were put in place at Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), a division of the Department of Homeland Security. The spending cuts barely kept ICE from going broke as Homeland Security’s budget dried up toward the end of fiscal year 2004, which ended in October.
The Bush administration has its priorities to protect the nation. Are they yours?
